Commission Details

Rental Commission Details Less than 6 months contract we charge 10% per month from the renting price. 6 Months contract we charge 50% of 1 month renting price. 1 Year contract we charge 1 Month commission from the renting price. 2-3 Years contract we charge 1 Month per year commission from the renting price.

Selling Commission Details We charge 3% from the selling price of the Land, Houses, Commercial Buildings and others. We charge 5% from the selling price of the Condominium.

** Incase the client has paid the deposit but didn’t buy or rent the property we charge 25% from the deposit that the client has paid.**
